We host our site on Squarespace, a reputable platform, and take reasonable efforts to maintain and host the site. Copying, downloading, printing, reproducing or manipulation of any content without written permission is prohibited.

Prices, specifications, availability and terms of offers may be changed at anytime without notice. Correct prices and promotions are validated at the time your order is placed.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Once you place your order, please allow 3-4 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take 5 - 8 business days for delivery within the EU, and 10-15 business days for international orders (depending on location).

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

When placing an order please ensure your shipping address is correct. Orders returned due to an incorrect address will incur an additional re-shipping charge.

Cancellations of orders cannot be accepted once your images have been printed and shipped. If the printed items are defective due to the printing process or if they were damaged during shipping, the order is eligible for a refund. You should inspect all products as soon as you get your order. If any product is defective or appears to have been damaged during shipping. Send email to hello@tomashavel.com and include your order number, contact information and proof of the defects/damage. Issues must be raised within 5 days from the date you receive it (or the date it was scheduled to arrive).

As for the nature of digital products (Lightroom presets, tutorials) refunds will not be given unless otherwise specified in writing.

Tomas Havel Photography will not share personal information with third-parties nor do I store information I collect about your visit to this website for use other than to analyse content performance through the use of cookies, which you can turn off at anytime by modifying your Internet browser’s settings.
